        一、寫(xiě)信動(dòng)機(jī)

        通常求職信是針對(duì)報(bào)紙上招聘廣告而寫(xiě)的。若此,信中須提到何月何日的報(bào)紙,有時(shí)工作機(jī)會(huì)是從朋友或介紹所聽(tīng)來(lái)的,有時(shí)寫(xiě)信人不知某機(jī)構(gòu)、公司有工作機(jī)會(huì),毛遂 自薦 。不論哪一種,求職信上一定要說(shuō)明寫(xiě)信的緣由和目的。

        因此首先應(yīng)該表明你是在何家媒體看到應(yīng)聘廣告以及所要應(yīng)聘的職位。參考例句:

        1.In reply to your advertisement in todays newspaper,I respectfully offer my services for the situation.拜讀今日XX報(bào)上貴公司的廣告,本人特此備函應(yīng)征該職位。

        二、自我介紹

        寫(xiě)信人應(yīng)述明自己的年齡或出生年月、教育背景,尤其與應(yīng)征職位有關(guān)的訓(xùn)練或教育科目、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或特殊技能。如無(wú)實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),略述在學(xué)類似經(jīng)驗(yàn)亦可。參考例句:

        1.For the past three years,I have been in the office of the XX Trading Co., where I have been an accountant.本人曾經(jīng)在XX貿(mào)易公司服務(wù)三年,擔(dān)任會(huì)計(jì)工作。

        三、本人能力

        這部分非常重要,因?yàn)檫@體現(xiàn)你究竟能為公司做什么,直接關(guān)系到求職的成功率。但是也要注意一定要用最少的文字表達(dá)最多的意思。參考例句:

        1.I am able to take dictation in English and translate it rapidly into Chinese.我會(huì)英文的口授筆記,同時(shí)能立即將其 翻譯 成中文。

        這部分視具體情況而定,如有詳細(xì)的 簡(jiǎn)歷 或用人單位需要的材料附在求職信中時(shí),需要注明。參考例句:

        1.You will find enclosed an outline of my education and business training and copies of two letters of recommendation.有關(guān)本人的學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)等項(xiàng)的概要,謹(jǐn)同函呈上兩件推薦函。

        2.Enclosed please find a resume and a photo.隨函寄上 簡(jiǎn)歷 表及相片各一份。

        英語(yǔ)求職信寫(xiě)作技巧

        一、歷簡(jiǎn)種類

        1、中式歷簡(jiǎn)

        中式歷簡(jiǎn)中,常常包括政治面貌、性格及身高體重等信息。

        如果中英文歷簡(jiǎn)一起遞交,建議中文歷簡(jiǎn)中不寫(xiě)政治面貌。

        因?yàn)槿绻ネ馄笞鞴,背景中的政治色彩越少越好,起碼沒(méi)有必要讓老外知道。

        性格是主觀的東西,有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的招聘人員從來(lái)不相信任何人寫(xiě)己自的性格,因?yàn)樗皇怯残缘臇|西,不象學(xué)歷、技能。

        有些人如果認(rèn)為司公要招聘一個(gè)比較活躍一點(diǎn)的,便會(huì)在歷簡(jiǎn)中寫(xiě)性格開(kāi)朗。

        有的是真的相信己自性格開(kāi)朗,有的是覺(jué)得寫(xiě)上更好,其實(shí)沒(méi)必要。

        2、港式歷簡(jiǎn)

        香港出版的歷簡(jiǎn)書(shū)寫(xiě)技巧書(shū)籍中都要求年齡、婚否、報(bào)紙的招聘廣告中還要求求職者寫(xiě)上工資現(xiàn)狀及預(yù)期工資,這些都屬于隱私問(wèn)題,美式歷簡(jiǎn)則不要求提供這些信息。

        3、英式歷簡(jiǎn)

        很接近港式,但個(gè)人資料沒(méi)有港式說(shuō)得那么多,篇幅長(zhǎng)但不詳細(xì),俺們這里不做過(guò)多評(píng)論。

        4、美式歷簡(jiǎn)

        國(guó)際大司公中比較流行的是美式歷簡(jiǎn),是俺們重點(diǎn)參考的樣式,美式歷簡(jiǎn)往往只有一張紙,書(shū)寫(xiě)格式卻也不十幾種,有些書(shū)籍甚至登載了上面種樣本,俺們這里只介紹美國(guó)大司公中最流行的一種,如華爾街的投資銀行、國(guó)際咨詢司公、工業(yè)司公、制造業(yè)司公、營(yíng)銷業(yè)司公等都采用這種式樣,同時(shí),俺們也參考了三個(gè)名牌學(xué)樣:哈佛商學(xué)院、沃頓商學(xué)院和哥倫比亞商學(xué)院的歷簡(jiǎn)樣本,式樣大同小異,主要以哈佛商學(xué)院的為主。

        二、歷簡(jiǎn)要領(lǐng)

        1、招聘人員怎樣鑒別歷簡(jiǎn)?

        好歷簡(jiǎn)當(dāng)然會(huì)被保留,如果背景又恰好是司公急需的,可能馬上就會(huì)約見(jiàn)求職者,不好的歷簡(jiǎn)就會(huì)被扔掉,事實(shí)上,不好的歷簡(jiǎn)就會(huì)被扔掉,事實(shí)上,連看都不看,任何一個(gè)知名的大司公,每天都有成百上千人遞歷簡(jiǎn)。

        如果寫(xiě)得太差,根本就不值得保留,因?yàn)檫@些司公認(rèn)為,一個(gè)人連己自的歷簡(jiǎn)都寫(xiě)不好,將來(lái)進(jìn)了司公,對(duì)行文質(zhì)量不夠;對(duì)內(nèi)說(shuō)件事情也不清楚,司公不需要這樣的人,大家經(jīng)常說(shuō)大司公的人訓(xùn)練有素,實(shí)際上這也是其中一方面,即使不進(jìn)大司公,歷簡(jiǎn)寫(xiě)得不好,也會(huì)顯得不懂基本格式,沒(méi)有智慧。

        2、TRIS。

        一方面歷簡(jiǎn)要寫(xiě)得好,另一方面招聘人員看歷簡(jiǎn)只是掃描式的,最初看也就是5秒種左右,第一印象不好就扔了,這會(huì)兒你就該問(wèn)了:“如果俺寫(xiě)得好,短時(shí)間他看不出來(lái)怎么辦?”不用擔(dān)心,他們是可以看出來(lái)的,因?yàn)檎衅溉藛T干的就是這一行,如果您懷疑他看不出來(lái),說(shuō)明兩點(diǎn):第一,您對(duì)招聘人員的作工性質(zhì)還不了解。

        假設(shè)您是司機(jī),經(jīng)常走北京那么多胡同,自然就記住了,而一般人都覺(jué)得很難記。

        第二,說(shuō)明你對(duì)行文格式,業(yè)專寫(xiě)作形象還不熟悉。

        美國(guó)很多職位很高的大老板,在看下屬寫(xiě)東西時(shí),一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)小錯(cuò),哪怕只是換了一種字體,漏了一個(gè)逗號(hào),多了一個(gè)空格都能及時(shí)指出來(lái)。

        說(shuō)明他們眼很尖速度很快。

        另外,寫(xiě)的內(nèi)容千萬(wàn)不要多,而且要控制在一頁(yè)紙內(nèi)。

        3、歷簡(jiǎn)中的任何字句,都有可能成為面試中的話題。

        切記:只寫(xiě)有把握的,沒(méi)有把握的不要寫(xiě),要實(shí)事求是,千萬(wàn)不要夸張,外資司公是最忌諱撒謊的,一旦讓他覺(jué)得你在撒謊,你就完全失去了進(jìn)入這個(gè)司公的資格,比如說(shuō),你在歷簡(jiǎn)中寫(xiě)了你會(huì)講日語(yǔ),實(shí)際上卻只學(xué)過(guò)一點(diǎn)皮毛,那就得小心碰上懂日文的老外,雖然不一定會(huì)說(shuō)中文,但會(huì)一兩門外語(yǔ)的人大有人在,所以還是謹(jǐn)慎為妙。

        英語(yǔ)求職信要點(diǎn)

        1. To explain where the applicant has got the information about the vacancy.For example, he can learn it from his friends, or in the advertisement, or in some papers, or he just wants to try his luck.

        SAMPLE: Having noticed the enclosed advertisement in this mornings South China Daily, I wish to apply for the position of sales manager.

        2. To Present personal information.This part should be a description of the applicants age, sex, education, working experience and specialty. It is in this section that the applicant presents his advantages or qualifications for the position. Details are encouraged, but the applicant should bear it in mind that exaggration or false descriptions are not allowed in the letter.

        SAMPLE: I am 21 years of age. After graduating from high school, I took a two-year business course in Foshan Commercial School, studying both bookkeeping and typewriting. I now wish to enter an office where the work requires great individual responsibility and judgment, and where there is an opportunity for achievements.

        3. To claim your referees(推薦人).The applicant is well advised to enclose in the letter the names as well as the addresses of two or three referees after he has got their permission. Referees are of great importance for obtaining a job, for they are the best and most persuasive support for the condidates potential, merits and strength.

        SAMPLE: I have obtained permission to give the names of the following persons as references: Professor Song Xieli, Director, English Department, Haitai University; Mr. Wang Qing, Manager, Human Resource Department, Chinese Import & Export Corporation.

        4. To inquire the chance of an interview.

        SAMPLE: I should welcome a personal interview at your convenience.
