　　“久聞貴單位……”、“給我一個機會，還您一個驚喜”，類似這樣的求職語往往會在大學生的求職信中出現(xiàn)。昨日，重慶得邦人力資源管理公司總經(jīng)理朱源明說，這些明顯帶有學生味的語言往往會遭到考官的否定。

　　朱源明分析指出，不少用人單位都希望招到有一定社會實踐經(jīng)驗的人才，并為之所用。這種學生腔語言就可能導致招考官對你社會實踐能力的否定，失去成功的機會。他們認為此類語言還會顯得很虛偽，“貴單位”是哪個“貴單位”?用人單位不喜歡這樣的方式。另外，用人單位憑啥要給你機會，你怎樣能給他驚喜?完全是一句空話。

　　當天填寫日期

　　簡歷中的日期最好是參加招聘會當天填寫，這樣才顯得有誠意。招聘會有一定的間隔時間上次簡歷上的日期肯定早已過期，就這樣遞給招聘單位，會顯得自己沒有誠意，有應付之嫌。

　　最好帶上名片

　　在應聘時，最好帶上事前印好的名片，在名片上寫清自己的姓名、電話、E-MAIL，最好有一個個人網(wǎng)頁。目的在于拿到對方出于禮節(jié)回復的名片，你就有再次和用人單位聯(lián)系的機會，還可以補充自己的資料，加深對方對你的印象。個人網(wǎng)頁上可以提供自己詳細的資料，同時可以顯示自己的計算機水平。

　　巧用自己經(jīng)歷

　　一些獻過血的同學并沒有將這一經(jīng)歷寫進簡歷。而這些經(jīng)歷其實非常能打動用人單位，獻過血能說明你有愛心，還能說明你身體健康，這比簡歷上任何描述自己健康和有愛心的語言都有說服力。
