　　“有一定社會資源者，學(xué)歷要求可適當(dāng)放寬”，昨天，在高新區(qū)人力資源市場舉辦的招聘會上，市區(qū)一家證券公司的招聘廣告，讓應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生吳勁波有些茫然，“社會關(guān)系重過學(xué)歷能力，單位是在用人還是在拉關(guān)系?”記者證實，當(dāng)前在市場尚未恢復(fù)的情況下，尤其以服務(wù)和營銷為主的用人單位，除對員工年齡、學(xué)歷等有要求外，都特別強調(diào)應(yīng)聘者的“社會資源”。

　　吳勁波畢業(yè)于南京一所本科院校市場營銷專業(yè)，昨天來應(yīng)聘這家證券公司的銷售崗位。“在確認自己是本地戶籍后，對方繼續(xù)追問社會關(guān)系，自己的親戚朋友同學(xué)，還有父母工作單位都問了。”吳同學(xué)告訴記者，招聘方直言不諱，稱干他們這行，說白了就是靠關(guān)系，一張白紙是很難做下去的，“能拉來大戶就是最強的能力，比啥學(xué)歷啥水平都強”。他有些無奈，自己來自城市普通家庭，沒什么“資源”，用人單位這樣做，其實是人為設(shè)置了一道不平等的門檻，剝奪了畢業(yè)生平等就業(yè)的機會。招聘現(xiàn)場，強調(diào)“社會資源”的廣告不在少數(shù)，記者注意到，有的企業(yè)招聘大學(xué)生時，會先詢問有無“社會資源”，再按肯定或否定回答將簡歷分成兩沓。不少畢業(yè)生接受采訪時都表示，并非所有畢業(yè)生都有用人單位所指的“社會資源”，以此作為用人的條件，許多優(yōu)秀但沒有“關(guān)系”的畢業(yè)生就得不到機會。

　　昨天，蘇州友邦保險1名人事主管接受記者采訪時，道出了不少服務(wù)、銷售類企業(yè)的心聲。他認為，金融危機造成的影響尚未消除，市場尚未全面恢復(fù)，特別是服務(wù)和營銷企業(yè)，要拓寬業(yè)務(wù)渠道、提升業(yè)績，就必須有強大的業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和客戶群來支撐。標(biāo)明“有社會資源者優(yōu)先”也是公司謀求發(fā)展的生存之道，挺正常，畢竟“社會資源”能帶來“快速績效”。

　　市人才服務(wù)中心副主任余蘇向記者表示，截至目前，在蘇就業(yè)的高校應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生中，非公企業(yè)接納人數(shù)占總量九成以上，特別是一些與業(yè)務(wù)、經(jīng)營、經(jīng)濟效益掛鉤的職位，對畢業(yè)生有這方面的需求。他認為，企業(yè)招人用人不應(yīng)急功近利，而應(yīng)建立一整套培訓(xùn)體系，為員工提供發(fā)展空間和平臺。同時，在校大學(xué)生也應(yīng)積極參加見習(xí)、實習(xí)，在提升自身就業(yè)能力的同時，增加對社會的了解，積累經(jīng)驗和能力。
