　　2.切忌重復(fù)使用單一詞匯

　　文體不同，寫作用語和語氣也會(huì)有所不同，如論述類的文體需要更加嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)和規(guī)范的用語;書信類文體需要真誠和自然的用語;廣告類文體則需要激情和有號(hào)召力的用語，只有把握不同文體的用語風(fēng)格才能選用合適的語匯與句法。同時(shí)不同的文體對(duì)于寫作的格式也有各自的要求，例如：信件與廣告的格式就各不相同。還有，中國(guó)考生在英文寫作時(shí)常常會(huì)將漢語表達(dá)的習(xí)慣帶入到英語文章中來，出現(xiàn)許多如should、must、need這樣的情態(tài)動(dòng)詞，而這種語氣并不符合歐美人的表達(dá)習(xí)慣。
