　　good morning, my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have thisopportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, andi hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in thisprestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself piefly,i am 21years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruentlya senior student at beijing xx uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i willreceive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,ispend most of my time on study,i have passed cet4/6 with a ease. and i haveacquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and inpractice. besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in beijing,this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory andcompany.

　　through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry.compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have madeextraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are stillunderdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field areawkard. but i have full confidence in a pight future if only our economy cankeep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch tolaw, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell youthat pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won"tgive up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my formereducation. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on thebase of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describeit well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stayalone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with myclassmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playingcards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between studyand entertainment. by the way,i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory onstage. that is my pride.

　　大凡找工作的人，都有對面試的擔心，而英語面試最令人頭痛。面試氣氛總是緊張的，一緊張就容易出錯，中文“臺詞”都會結巴，何況英語!

　　可俗話說，養(yǎng)兵千日，用兵一時，學了那么多年英語，好歹有些積累，總不能栽在這上面。那么，如何過好英語面試這一關呢?

　　外企英語面試啥樣子?

　　各外企的英語面試形式各異，但基本流程是差不多的。

　　第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發(fā)，詢問一些有關個人的問題，比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司，也會有一部分英語筆試，如雅芳公司，其筆試中包含一個中英互譯的項目，主要考查應聘者基本的語言運用能力。

　　第二輪面試則由部門主管經理出面，這時候，有關業(yè)務方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉向了專業(yè)領域。比如應聘市場部，則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業(yè)務強項等。

　　如果前面一路綠燈大亮，那么，最后一輪面試就要和bigboss———公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當然面試就變成全英語的了�？偛迷儐柕膯栴}一般會和公司的精神、企業(yè)文化有關。一位曾任職默沙東制藥的小姐說，她在參加的默沙東最后一輪面試時，默沙東老總看到她是學新聞出身的，便要求她談談對中國新聞媒體的看法，因為默沙東制藥一直對新聞媒體有其比較獨特的態(tài)度。通過這樣比較宏觀的問題，招聘方想要發(fā)現的是，應聘者的理念是否與公司的文化精神相契合。
