英語面試小技巧，說話干凈明了
面試中最需要自信
普華永道人力資源部經(jīng)理姜周紅介紹說，一般在進(jìn)行英語面試時，多是希望考查應(yīng)聘者聽說讀寫的實際操作能力。小組討論是英語面試的重要一環(huán)，一般來說，小組討論形式的面試其目的主要是要了解應(yīng)聘者在團(tuán)體中的工作反應(yīng)。進(jìn)一步說，面試官更多的是希望了解應(yīng)聘者面對指責(zé)的態(tài)度。
姜周紅說，在外企的面試中，除了筆試之外，面試中的英語部分以考查應(yīng)用能力為主，所以應(yīng)聘者在面試當(dāng)中最需要的是自信、敢說。不妨盡量采用簡短明了的詞匯來表達(dá)自己的意思。另外，切忌在面試當(dāng)中抬高自己貶低別人。回答問題盡量自然，并作為小組成員之一在自己的負(fù)責(zé)范圍內(nèi)答題，也不要重復(fù)其他應(yīng)聘者的答案。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
面試前了解一下企業(yè)文化
新橙英語培訓(xùn)中心專業(yè)商務(wù)面試課程教師chie建議說，學(xué)生的先期準(zhǔn)備主要是個人情況和業(yè)務(wù)方面。專業(yè)英語的準(zhǔn)備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業(yè)術(shù)語或解答一個技術(shù)問題。所以，在面試前不妨去公司的英文網(wǎng)站了解一下企業(yè)文化，這對與老板面談會有幫助的。
chie介紹說，英語面試目前的趨勢是通常設(shè)在一個類似于接待室的地方，而非特別準(zhǔn)備的會場，由2－3個人負(fù)責(zé)面試。
外國人作為考官進(jìn)行面試時，由于他們與我們的思維方式、習(xí)慣以及文化有所差別，因此必須熟悉他們的理解方式和語言表達(dá)方式。不同公司對外語水平的要求不同，有的只具備用外語接聽電話的水平即可，也有的要求用外語從事一般性工作。因此，應(yīng)聘者必須準(zhǔn)確了解應(yīng)聘公司的外語使用程度和目的等信息后，再做出相應(yīng)的對策。

教育背景：簡明扼要，實話實說
盡管你在簡歷中對自己的教育背景作了介紹，但在面試時，面試官還有可能就此方面提問。還是事先做點準(zhǔn)備吧。

A:My major is Business Administration. I am especially interested in"Marketing".
（不僅回答了問題，還順帶一句介紹了自己較為感興趣的方面，簡明扼要。）
②I:Which university are you attending?
A:I am attending×××University.
③I:Have you received any degrees?
A:Yes. First, I received my Bachelor degree in English Literature, and then an MBA degree.
④I:What course did you like best?
A:Project Management. I was very interested in this course when I was a student. And I think it#39;s very useful for my present work.
⑤I:Do you feel that you have received a good general training?
A:Yes, I have studied in an English train-ing program and a computer training program since I graduated from university. I am currently studying Finance at a training school.
工作經(jīng)驗：顯露實力，避免炫耀
①I:Have you ever been employed?
②I:Your resume says you have had one-year experience working in a foreign representative office in Shanghai, may I ask why you left?
A:I worked in a foreign rep.office for one year.However,I left there two years ago because the work they gave me was rather dull.I found another job that is more interesting.
③I:Have you done any work in this field?
④I:What qualifications do you have that make you feel you will be successful in your field?
⑤I:What have you learned from the jobs you have had?
A:I have learned a lot about business know how and basic office skills. In addition, I learned at my previous job show to cooperate with my colleagues.
⑥I:What#39;s you major weak point?
A:I haven#39;t been involved in international business, so I don#39;t have any experience, but I have studied this course in the International Business Training Center of the×××Company.
⑦I:What are your greatest strengths?（實話實說好了，不必客氣，但應(yīng)注意語氣和表情，不要給人炫耀之感。）
⑧I:Please tell me about your working experience.
⑨I:Does your present employer know you are looking for another job?
A:No, I haven#39;t discussed my career plans with my present employer, but I am sure he will understand.
