        一,創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)造能力

        創(chuàng)新于創(chuàng)造能力是人才的潛力,大多數(shù)用人單位都非常重視求職者此方面的能力。在個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷山要體現(xiàn)創(chuàng)造能力通常是靠事實(shí)描述,例如“首創(chuàng)了…”、“開辦了……”“組成了……”這種表達(dá)方式,以自己為為主導(dǎo),用詞方面多是策劃類的詞,如“計(jì)劃”、“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”、“準(zhǔn)備”等等。

        二,溝通能力

        溝通能力是典型的軟技能,在個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的自我評(píng)價(jià)、特長(zhǎng)能力中都能直接寫到“具有較好的溝通能力”。此外,求職者的溝通能力還可以從側(cè)面來(lái)體現(xiàn),比如說(shuō)參加過(guò)演講比賽并獲獎(jiǎng)、在工作中提出過(guò)怎樣的建議、進(jìn)行過(guò)采訪等等,用詞方面諸如“合作”、“協(xié)商”、“指導(dǎo)”、“鼓勵(lì)”等等,這些都是常用的較為適合的詞語(yǔ)。

        三,個(gè)人成就

        從求職者的成就中可進(jìn)一步突出求職優(yōu)勢(shì),成就是提高簡(jiǎn)歷吸引力的重要信息,個(gè)人成就表達(dá)方式通常是以結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,諸如完成了什么項(xiàng)目、獲得什么獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、提升了……能力、促進(jìn)了……發(fā)展等等,直接將所取得的結(jié)果來(lái)突出成就。

        四,解決問(wèn)題的能力

        求職者的能力如何還要看其解決問(wèn)題的能力,在個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷中要體現(xiàn)解決問(wèn)題的能力,應(yīng)選擇直接表達(dá)方式,常用的詞語(yǔ)有“解決”、“修改”、“設(shè)計(jì)”、“調(diào)查”、“安排”、“改進(jìn)”等等。
