A: Do you get along with your co-workers?
A：你和同事的關(guān)系如何?
B: I get along pretty well with most of them. It seems there are always _____①______, though. Like Margaret. I don't know why management hasn't fired her yet. She's a terrible gossip.
B：我和他們大部分人處得都很不錯(cuò)。不過(guò)，好像一群人中總會(huì)有些壞家伙，比方說(shuō)瑪格麗特。我不知道管理部門(mén)為什么到現(xiàn)在還沒(méi)有解雇她。她可是令人厭惡的'饒舌者。
A: Do you think management should fire someone just because they gossip?
A：你認(rèn)為管理部門(mén)僅僅因?yàn)橛腥苏f(shuō)閑話就會(huì)解雇他們嗎?
B: It's not only that she gossip, but she also tries to start problems among other employees by ____②____ and telling lies about her co-workers. She's not trustworthy, and in my opinion, I think ____③____.
B：她不僅僅是閑聊，而且散布謠言試圖在同事之間挑起事端，還對(duì)同事說(shuō)謊。她這個(gè)人不可信賴(lài)，而且我認(rèn)為她有點(diǎn)兒瘋了。
A: So how do you develop good relationships in the office?
A：那你在辦公室是如何搞好同事關(guān)系的?
B: I think one of the important things is just to be considerate of your co-workers' feelings and needs. If you are aware of other people and do your part to make a good working environment, you should be able to get along with most of the people you work with.
B：我想最重要的事情之一是多體諒一下同事的感覺(jué)和需要。如果你意識(shí)到別人的存在，盡自己的力量去營(yíng)造好的工作環(huán)境，那你肯定能與大多數(shù)同事相處融洽。
A: I think you're right, but it does seem that there are always a few co-workers that are harder to work with than others.
A：我想你說(shuō)得很對(duì)，可是確實(shí)有些同事比其他人更難相處.
