如何跟上司說(shuō)話？

　　1.申請(qǐng)?jiān)S可

　　Wouldn't it be possible for me to take the day off this Friday?

　　這個(gè)星期五，我是否可以休一天假?

　　請(qǐng)休假用takethe day off。如果是兩天以上就用days off。老板會(huì)很干脆地答應(yīng)說(shuō)that'll be OK，或是會(huì)帶有不悅意味回答will everything be all right?(一切都安排就緒了嗎?)，這些都要看你平時(shí)的工作表現(xiàn)而定。

　　2.提議

　　I think we need to buy a new copier.

　　我想我們需要買(mǎi)一臺(tái)新的.復(fù)印機(jī)。

　　說(shuō)出上句之前，必須說(shuō)明our copying machine has broken down again.(復(fù)印機(jī)又出毛病了)以作為提案的依據(jù)�？蜌庖恍┑奶嶙h，用suggest如I would suggest we buy a new copoer.

　　3.表示了解上司的指示

　　Yes,of course.是，我知道了。

　　也可用I understand(我明白了)，或Yes,right away(好的馬上去做)，對(duì)上司說(shuō)OK，或 all right并不恰當(dāng)。很忙時(shí)，說(shuō)I'm sorry, but I'm busy now. Could I do it later?

　　4.確認(rèn)上司指示的內(nèi)容

　　Yor did say nexy Tuesday at 2:00 P.M.,didn't you?

　　您是說(shuō)在下星期二下午2點(diǎn)，是不是?

　　任何事都必須確認(rèn)一下。如果對(duì)方是外國(guó)人更要如此。上句也可直截了當(dāng)?shù)卣f(shuō)：

　　let me confirm. 讓我確認(rèn)一下時(shí)間和日期。

　　5.報(bào)告商談結(jié)果

　　I had a feeling he was in favor of the plan.

　　我覺(jué)得他贊成那個(gè)計(jì)劃。

　　記住I have a feeling (that)...(我覺(jué)得……)，及……(that ) he was against the plan.(他反對(duì)那個(gè)計(jì)劃)這兩句話都很管用。
