B:Yes. we're ready to start the invitation to tender. You're well informed. We'd like to build new factory.

A:When do you open the tender': And where?
A:你們什么時(shí)候開(kāi)標(biāo)?在哪兒斤開(kāi)標(biāo)?
B:We intend to open the tender at i st next month in Beijing.
B:我們打算下個(gè)月1號(hào)在北京開(kāi)標(biāo)
A:And when is the closing date。
A:什么時(shí)間截止呢?
