小學英語老師自我介紹【1】
我叫呂東梅，女，1975年12月出生，1994年畢業(yè)于平頂山師范學校普師專業(yè)。
中學一級教師，本科文憑。
從教17年來，我一直站在教育工作的最前沿，從事英語教學工作。
我對英語情有獨鐘，我愛說愛用英語。
生動活波的英語課堂是展現(xiàn)我人生風采的陣地。
我在1994—2006年在夏李鄉(xiāng)第一初級中學教初中畢業(yè)班英語12年，年年成績都很拔尖。
2006年至今在夏李鄉(xiāng)實驗學校教小學五六級的英語。
去年我在“國培計劃—中西部農(nóng)村骨干教師培訓項目”這項活動中取得了優(yōu)異成績，獲得了“北京大學優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生”的光榮稱號。
我認真貫徹黨的教育方針，忠于職守，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，勤學上進。
基礎教育改革實施以來，我積極投入到新課程改革的工作之中，在課改方面進行探究，反思，并取得了可喜的成效，積累了一些經(jīng)驗。
我制作的課件被評為市級優(yōu)秀課件。
我多次獲得縣級優(yōu)秀教師，縣骨干教師的稱號，我擔任著我校英語組組長，是我校的英語學科帶頭人。
“把書較薄，把學生教活”是我的.座右銘。
我認為，當今社會的老師應該是學習型，研究型的老師。
要善于接受新事物，合理利用新科技，才能培養(yǎng)出符合社會需求的新型人才。
新課改進行以來，為了提高自己的業(yè)務素質(zhì)，我經(jīng)常參加市，縣的各級課改培訓。
利用課余時間學習《新課程標準》等與課改相關(guān)的書，并將所學習的培訓內(nèi)容很好的應用到了自己的課堂上。
在參加課改期間，我以新的課程觀，新的教學觀，新的學生觀，新的發(fā)展觀來看待學生，細致備課，備教材，備學情。
在教學中不斷探索新的授課形式，采用探究式教學法，讓學生自己去探索，發(fā)現(xiàn)，總結(jié)，力求每節(jié)課都能在教學新理念，教學環(huán)節(jié)，教學手段上有新突破。
使教與學成為一種新型的互動關(guān)系，教師和學生是合作伙伴，在平等，愉快，和諧的氣氛中提高學生的學習興趣和效率。

i study in kid castle for many years，and i like english。
there are three people in my family。
