面試英語問題：你認(rèn)為自己最大的缺點是什么?

　　What is your biggest weakness as a manager?

　　作為管理者，你認(rèn)為自己最大的缺點是什么?

　　I'm the kind of manager who lets the subordinates think and act on their own.

　　我是那種讓屬下自己思考，自己行動的管理者。

　　I highly value self-motivation,initiative and creativity.

　　我特別重視下屬的自我激勵能力，主動性和創(chuàng)造性。

　　Those who are self-motivated and creative thrive under my supervision.

　　能自我激勵且有創(chuàng)造力的人在我的管理下，可以充分發(fā)揮他們的潛能。

　　However,there are people who need more supervision or hand-holding,so to speak.

　　但是，也有一些人需要更多的督促，也可以說，必須拉他們一把。

　　They sometimes feel lost with my laissez-faire management style.

　　這類員工在我這種自由放任的管理風(fēng)格下工作，有時候會不知所措。

　　I recognize that tendency and learned how to be more flexible.

　　不能回答“I don't have any weaknesses.”,這樣會讓面試官認(rèn)為你這個人欠缺自我分析能力，還會給人高傲，不實在的感覺。但是，也不能舉出會顯示自己管理能力不足的缺點，應(yīng)列舉可以克服的小缺點，或是向面試官說明“過去其實我有某某缺點，”我是這樣克服的”等。
