寫好CV英文簡歷范本的方法步驟：
只需一頁A4紙。
很多高管的CV(簡歷)只需要一頁 A4 紙，所以沒有一個大學畢業(yè)生的簡歷需要超過一頁。一般字體選在12到14號之間就可以了，不要把字體調(diào)整得很小�？梢赃m當?shù)卦陧撁�，頁腳和左右兩邊空白的地方做點功夫，不過千萬不要把整個頁面擠滿，那樣只會加快你的簡歷進入垃圾桶的速度。寫簡歷的時候要記�。喝绻抑挥幸豁摷埖臋C會，哪些經(jīng)歷是最值得寫進去的?
工作、經(jīng)驗在前，學歷在后。
工作經(jīng)驗遠比學歷重要，請?zhí)祚R行空般勾勒自己的紙張色彩，灰色的字體，加上工作經(jīng)驗的`描繪，便會變得這般炫彩、彰顯。如果你只有校園社團或是打工的經(jīng)驗，那么可以適當?shù)胤旁趯W歷之后。如果一個學生在大學期間在麥當勞打了3年工(半職)，并升到了副主管的職位，或是連續(xù)得到最佳員工獎，對于招聘者來說，這樣的經(jīng)歷遠遠比你在社會學這門課上拿了90分要有價值得多。
成績比技能重要。
幾乎我遇到的每一張英文簡歷都會出現(xiàn)很多類似技能(soft skill)的詞。比如 highly motivated individual, driven, ability to work under pressure 等等。這些詞非常空洞。每個人都可以把自己描述成十分有能力，非常有干勁，擁有高職業(yè)操守的人。但這些都沒有你以前得過的成績來得有力。比較下面這兩種描述：
(A)
Driven; Professional; Self-movitated; Ability to work under pressure.
(B)
- President of Investment Society at XXX University for two coonsecutive terms;
- Awarded as Excellent Student of the year in 2011;
- Freelance Finance Blogger (500+ email subscribers) & Cheif editor at University’s student magazine.
不要描述你的能力有多厲害，描述你用你的能力獲得過什么成績,這才是你真正值得拿出去的東西，它可以證明你的能力已經(jīng)做出了一些成就。
你只有一分鐘的時間。
實際上，很多同學都不知道“你的簡歷只有6秒鐘的生命”。雖然這樣說來比較牽強，不過，一般來說招聘者不會花超過1分鐘來看一份CV。在1分鐘能讀到信息將決定要不要邀請該學生過來進行面試(個人經(jīng)驗)。如果我看到一份很優(yōu)秀的簡歷時，我會想邀請那位畢業(yè)生過來面試，在面試時問我想問的問題。所以你不需要花大篇幅地來講述你大學是如何度過的，在打工的時候?qū)W到什么經(jīng)驗等等，那樣你會浪費你簡歷的空間，也會浪費招聘者閱讀你簡歷的時間。
簡單即是美。
不要將你的簡歷設計的如此花哨，如此炫彩、華麗，簡單即美。遵守KISS原則，即Keep It Simple & Smart/Stupid。對于創(chuàng)意行業(yè)的求職簡歷，可能需要注入一點創(chuàng)意元素，但不能忽略可讀性。對于大部分行業(yè)，簡歷還是設計得越簡單越好，用最常用的字體如 Arial，Times New Roman，Georgia等。
