公司老總發(fā)微博 員工不評(píng)論被罰款!

　　Employees at a travel company in eastern China have been fined for not commenting on their boss's social media posts, it's reported.

　　據(jù)報(bào)道，中國(guó)東部的一家旅行社的員工，因未對(duì)老總社交媒體上的文章評(píng)論而被罰款。

　　More than 200 members of staff at the business in Jinan were slapped with penalties of 50 yuan each ($7.50) under the policy, the official Beijing Youth Daily reports.

　　據(jù)《北京青年報(bào)》報(bào)道，根據(jù)這項(xiàng)規(guī)定，位于濟(jì)南的這家公司的200多名員工被罰款50元(約7.5美元)。

　　Workers were told to comment on CEO Zhang Ming's Weibo microblogging account, where he posts a mix of company updates and motivational quotes.

　　總經(jīng)理張明會(huì)在微博上發(fā)布一些公司動(dòng)態(tài)以及勵(lì)志語(yǔ)錄，并要求員工們對(duì)微博內(nèi)容進(jìn)行評(píng)論。

　　Those who didn't were "punished accordingly", marketing manager Zhao Ruxin tells the paper, adding that it was done to improve the work ethic of younger staff.

　　那些沒(méi)有照做的人便會(huì)受到“相應(yīng)的處罰”。該公司市場(chǎng)部門負(fù)責(zé)人趙汝信接受該報(bào)社采訪時(shí)表示，實(shí)施這一規(guī)定的目的'是為了調(diào)動(dòng)青年員工的積極性。

　　One unidentified worker tells the paper they were fined without prior warning.

　　一位不愿透露姓名的員工告訴該報(bào)社，在被告知罰款前并沒(méi)有事先警告。

　　Others say they believe the policy violates labour laws, and that fines were also meted out for things like not carrying bags featuring the corporate logo.

　　還有一些人認(rèn)為，這項(xiàng)規(guī)定是違反勞動(dòng)法的。此外，員工每天若不攜帶印有企業(yè)標(biāo)志的環(huán)保袋，也會(huì)給予罰款的處罰。

　　But it seems that all publicity is good publicity to Mr Zhang, who wrote a long post saying it's good people now understand the company's corporate culture.

　　但似乎所有的宣傳都是在為公司老總張明作宣傳。他發(fā)了一條長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的微博表示，現(xiàn)在人們都理解了公司的企業(yè)文化，這非常好。

　　Weibo users aren't impressed, though. Among more than 4,000 comments on the post, one user writes: "I will tell friends and relatives not to use this travel agency in the future, this is terrible."

　　不過(guò)，網(wǎng)友們可不買帳。在超過(guò)4000條的評(píng)論中，一網(wǎng)友寫道，“我會(huì)告訴親朋好友，將來(lái)可不要聯(lián)系這家旅行社。這太可怕了。”

　　Many accuse him of vanity, and one comment reads: "If you agree with this boss, you have a warped outlook."

　　還有很多人指責(zé)該老總虛榮，一條評(píng)論是這樣說(shuō)的：“如果你認(rèn)同這個(gè)老總，你的人生觀就是扭曲的。”
